WEST - 2003-04 Registration & Fee Schedule

A club registration form, a medical release form, and a USA Swimming registration form (with a copy of birth certificate for new swimmers only) must be turned in for swimmers to participate in any practice. LONG COURSE SEASON 2008

Starting April 8th until first week of August

Existing WAVES there is a $10 Registration fee +

Waves SILVER AND GOLD Group 4/8/08 to 8/?/08 = $240,

Second Child = $220, Third Child = $200, Fourth Child or more = FREE

The first half (to 6-8-08) only or second half of the season only (Starting 6-1-08) would be $150

Waves Bronze Group 4/8/08 to 8/?/08 = $220

The first half (to 6-8-08) only or second half of the season only (Starting 6-1-08) would be $140

Waves Green & White group 4/8/08 to 8/?/08 = $200

The first half (to 6-8-08) only or second half of the season only (Starting 6-1-08) would be $130

For NEW Waves swimmers only, there also would be a seasonal USA Swimming Registration and Waves Registration fees of $55

Westlake Waves Short Course Season

Waves Green & White Group - 9/6/2007 to 3/22/2008

Practices:Sept. 6 until Nov. 13, Practice M-T-W-Th-F 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

1 hourNov 1. to mid-February - 6:30- 7:30PM

February until 3/2/06, M-T-W-Th-F 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Green & White Short Course full season = $400

Second G & W swimmer = $370

Third G & W swimmer = $340

This Includes Club Registration fee of $30 & 1 year USA Swimming Membership ($45)

Payments are due as follows: $225 by 9/6/2007 and $175 or balance by 12/15/2007

High School Swimmers (Silver/Gold Group practice) - 9/6/2007 to 3/22/2008

High school Pre-season: 9/6/2006 until HS season starts plus all Oct / Nov USA Meets

Includes High school Post-season until approximately 3/22/2007.

From the end of HS participation until the end of all USA championship meets in March

Includes make-up practices during the HS season and doubles during winter vacation meets,

Participation in all dual meets & 1/2 other meets before 12-1-06 and any qualified championship meets is required.

The Fee Is $330 per swimmer

This Includes Club Registration fee of $ 30 & 1 year USA Swimming Membership ($45)

Full Payment is due by 9/6/2006

New Swimmers You Can Join At Any Time Of The Year!

The Waves encourage new swimmers to give our team a try. You don't know how good you can be unless you start somewhere. Swimmers can find out if the Waves are right for them.....

-A 1 day trial is free but you do need a $5 Rec Center guest pass if you are not a member.

-Or do a 2-week trial period with the Waves for $25 + (The Rec Center can give you a $20 for 5 visits guest pass).

Please stop by as a guest of the Waves and check out the team and our great workout facility. This will give you a good opportunity to evaluate what Waves swimming can do for you. A club registration form, a medical release form, and a USA Swimming registration form must be turned in for swimmers to participate in any practice.
